"I occasionally would transport her to the bank, grocery store or doctors office on JETS. Blind yet her handicapped didn't slow her down one bit. A visionary in her right mind. I admired how she would have her young grandchildren in attendance. God bless her and RIP Carol."

"Sorry to hear of Carel's passing..........I got to know her and some of her family........While I lived at Sycamore Gardens ( Senior Apt's) Carel was a very nice and beautiful young lady..........Very capable for being blind........Taking care of grand kids at times and using the internet to purchase items for her grand kids..........I told her that I wished I was younger and more healthy so I could date her. I thought she was very special , in that she suffered so much and yet she had a very good outlook on life. I will miss her very much........I hope the family can cope with her loss and know that she is now in Heaven and they will see her again ( when they get there ) .....May God Bless.........."
