Nicholas C. Romanos, age 35, went home to be with his Lord on March 19, 2020 surrounded by family in Ocala. Nicholas was born in Gainesville, FL. He met his partner, Lisa Hennessy, of 18 years June of 2002, they have three boys together. Nicholas was always proud of his family heritage as he was Greek and enjoyed the food and culture. Nicholas lived life on the edge, he enjoyed thrills but he had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. Nicholas was misunderstood by many, but the ones who really knew him knew he cared and would do anything to protect who he loved. He had a few close friends, and his loved ones will miss him dearly as he was a protective and loving brother, friend, father and partner. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Katherine Romanos, mother Anita Romanos, grandfather John Romanos, friend/sister Linda Travis, and uncle Michael Rucker. Nicholas is survived by his significant other, Lisa M Hennessy; Brother, Jerome Pompell; Son, Darrien J. Romanos, Son, Kalon C. Romanos, Son, Nico J. Romanos and Nephew, Tyler D. Kissane. Nicholas is also survived by Friend/brother, Johnathon Grant, friend/sister, Amanda Carter, friend/mother Sharon Greene. There will be a memorial held in private with the family and friends at a later date. Arrangements have been handled by Lisa Hennessy and the cremation was handled by Coast to Coast Cremations of Ocala, FL. Any contributions in honor of his memory may be made to Lisa Hennessy and/or Jerome Pompell.
