"Jimmy Schmidt My family has known and been associated and worked with Max since he started in the electrical trade. I have personally known him since I was about 6 years old. My dad worked for O. H. Cummins Electric at that time and Max used to indicate that daddy tried to corrupt him by meeting at LaRue\'s Café for a beer or two (or more) on Congress Ave. every afternoon. After that stage of their lives, Max came to Creedmoor every year at the opening day of and also during dove season to go hunting. Bobby and I and our whole family grew up knowing Max. Our condolences go out to the family for your loss and may God bless you and thanks to God for our opportunity to have been able to know him."
