David O'Donnell
Canton - David O'Donnell, 67, of Canton, died Thursday, May 14, 2020 at the Graham Hospital Emergency Room in Canton. He was born on August 17, 1952 in Winchester, MA to John and Mary (Graf) O'Donnell. David married Ann Thomas on April 1, 1987. She survives. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers; John B. and James C. and his step-son Dave Strubhar.
Also surviving are two brothers; Paul (Carolyn) of Peoria and Michael (Mary) of Normal, two step-children; Eric (Stella) Strubhar of Washington and Cheryl (Zac) Oedewaldt of Hanna City, and his two loving cats; Splenda and Screech (Pooh).
Dave was a machine operator at Caterpillar Inc. for over 37 years, retiring in in 2011. He was a member of UAW Local #974 and was a tissue donor.
Cremation rites have been accorded through Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory in Canton. A burial of ashes will be at a later date in a private ceremony. Memorials can be made to the Humane Society of Fulton County. To leave online condolences, please visit www.oakshinesfuneralhome.com
