Charles Michael Turco
October 13, 1938 - February 11, 2016

Charles Michael Turco, 77, loving husband of Deanna Turco, passed away on February 11th, 2016, surrounded by family, at his home in Cumming, GA. He was born on October 13th, 1938 in Passaic, NJ, to Michael and Theresa (Silvestri) Turco.
Chuck grew up in Fair Lawn, NJ, and he graduated from Fair Lawn High School in 1956. After high school, he attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree. Chuck began work in sales for the textile industry in 1960, and he retired in 2004. He was a member of the South Eastern Apparel and Textile Manufacturers, and he served as President and Board Member.
Chuck married Deanna Longeuville in 1961, in Passaic, NJ. They enjoyed 54 years of marriage, and he was devoted to Deanna, their children, and their grandchildren. He enjoyed many years as a skilled golfer and received numerous awards in the game.
Chuck is survived by his wife Deanna; his children Tom Turco of Shaker Heights, OH, Traci Connell of Plano, TX, and Tricia Willman and her husband Tom Willman of Cumming, GA; his brothers and sisters-in-law Michael and Janet Turco of Hawthorne, NJ, and Alfred and Barbara Turco of Wayne, NJ.; his grandchildren Tess and Alice Turco, Ashley, Austin, and Avery Connell, and Emily, Tommy, and Caroline Willman.
Chuck bravely fought an atypical Parkinsonism, Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, for 10 years, as well as cancer the past several months. He will be greatly missed as a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Brendan The Navigator Catholic Church, 4633 Shiloh Road, Cumming, GA 30040, 11:00 am, Friday, February 19th. A reception will immediately follow the service at the church.

We were heartbroken to read this news.....he was such a great friend for so many years and then we seem to fall out of touch with each other.
