Susan Carol Young Kitchen age 58 of Cumming passed away Wednesday January 30, 2008. She loved Jesus, and strived to instill that love in her 4th grade kids in her 10 years of teaching. Her favorite verses were Eph 4:32 and be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christs sake hath forgiven you. You could still in her later days see christs love when she smiled.
Mark her husband wanted to thank everyone at Chestnut Ridge Nursing Home for their care and love for his darling wife for these last 3 years.
May Gods blessings be on all you from administration down to the sweet ladies who cleaned the floors.
Graveside services will be 11 AM Friday February 1, 2008 at Concord Baptist Church with Pastor Chris Strevel officiating.
A Memorial Service will be held on 11 AM Saturday February 2, 2008 at Covenant Presbyterian Church 1420 Rock Springs Rd. Buford, Georgia 30519.
She was preceded in death by her Parents Charles and Eva Young.
Survivors include her Husband Mark Kitchen of Cumming, 3 Sons Seth Kitchen of Woodstock, Benjamin Kitchen of Buford and Nicolas Kitchen of Cumming. 2 Sisters Connie Williams of Alexandria, Virginia and Kelly Barker of Lawrenceville. Nieces Cristina and Lauren Williams, Nephews Matthew and Kevin Roa. 6 Grandchildren.
