"Hopefully, you folks were aware that I had planned to say a few words about your Dad today. I worked with him (or for him) for many of our years of federal service. I spent much of my career combating Medicare fraud and I could always count on Bill to back me to the wall despite the politics that would often come into play. That's a bigger deal than you can imagine. I last visited with him almost exactly one year ago at Ron's memorial service. We promised that we would get together but things happened to both of us that kept that from happening. I wish that I had pushed to make it happen anyway. I am so sorry for your loss.Dale Kendrick."
