"Randall was one of my longest friends I met on Facebook. He and I shared a deep love of music, history, geography and anything else we could think of educational. He was a brilliant man. He was a kind, funny and caring man. He introduced me to many people in the various music groups on Facebook. We shared endless hours almost every single night lasting 5-7 hours a night. We shared our deepest secrets, he listened to me cry, he shared my happiness, and was there for me when I suffered through painful surgeries. We planned on meeting in N.Y. soon, but this will not be. He is with the Lord now. I will miss him with all my heart. I adored him with all my heart and soul. RIP my darling, most beloved Randall (Randy) Long. God be with you for all eternity."

""Coach" Randall Long was a friend of mine for 4 years. He trained me to understand myself better as a person & as a public figure, as well as enrich my strengths, and roll with the punches. He was a firm, but fair 'by the book' sort of guy but the intensity of the love in his heart was greater than the faithfulness of Chicago Cubs' fans. His passion and knowledge of music is why we became friends. Randall and the help of his "Big Teams" brought well over a quarter of a million people together to enjoy music on a global level on Facebook with as little drama as humanly possible. His vision was to have havens for music lovers of all forms. He effectively brought many people lots of peace and joy throughout the years. He had infinite wisdom and gifts of information to share with the world. I am truly blessed to have had the time I did with Randall Neil Long. He was indubitably a wonderous and beautiful soul and will be eternally missed. With a whole lot of sadness for this great loss and happiness that this radiant soul will feel no more earthly pain, I say farewell for now. I promise to make you proud, Coach and I'll never forget you. Rock Hard, Roll Loud, Ride Free. Yours truly, Amerika Hall"

""Coach" Randall Long was a friend of mine for 4 years. Through Social Media and telephone calls, he trained me in believing in myself, my strengths, my business as a public figure in the music industry, and my personal versatility in this game we call life. He showed me perspective from an outlook that was priceless beyond compare and showed me valuable, effective ways to be the best me I can be. He was truly an extremely eloquent and abundantly knowledgeable gentleman. While he was a 'by the book' kind of guy, his heart had love greater than the faithfulness of Chicago Cubs fans. His love and understanding of excellent music was the reason we met. He brought well over a quarter of a million people together to participate in music groups with the help of his "Big Teams" of loyal, dedicated music lovers from around the world on Facebook. Randall was a man of endless gifts to share with the world and I am grateful to have been blessed with the time I had with Randall Neil Long. He will be eternally missed but never, ever forgotten. With sadness for this great loss and happiness for a wondrous soul that will eternally rest with no more earthly pain, I bid my cherished friend, Coach, and fellow rocker farewell till we meet again. Rock Hard, Roll Loud, Ride Free. Yours truly, Amerika Hall "
