"Just learned today you were gone after seeing you daily @ocean view and not saying hi Im sad thought you would remain a old high school friend w/a silent memory how I wished I would have said Hi Chris! Until next time Rip handsome."

Family always came first for Chris. He found no greater joy than spending time with his precious daughter, Bella, his nephews, his twin sister, Tiffany, and his mom. They especially enjoyed playing board games together, and Chris liked to cook and barbecue for them.

He leaves behind his daughter, Isabella; mother, Audrey Martinez; twin sister, Tiffany Rivera; younger brother, Lorenzo Rivera; grandparents, Carlos and Geraldine Martinez and Maria Rivera; nephews, Isaiah and Evan; and many other extended family members. He was greatly loved and will be sorely missed.

"Chris and I met when I was in high school. He was always a fun person to be around, life of the party. Ill never forget the first time I drank beer, shotgunned hot Budweiser Cans together. Such a silly but great memory. I pray his family and friends have peace in their hearts, and that his daughter grows up knowing her daddy loved her so much. Rest easy up there, and say hi to my mommy for me. Miss ya dude."
"Chris was always there for me no matter what at any given time. He always made sure I was ok. Especially when I lost my son he would check up on me and told me I should feel special cause he wouldnt do this for many. He was such a hard headed person and we would always get into little discussion about anything, I would get so annoyed... Now I wish I could have one last discussion with him. I miss you -J"
"I pantsed him in Robinsons may. I love you Chris. Were cousins forever, and I love you forever."
"Chris loved to pop up at my house super early and wake everyone up so we could spend the day with him, my favorite memory is of going to eat at our favorite restaurant, at what was to me the crack of dawn. Love and miss you cousin. -S"
