William 'Bill' Alan Milhous was born December 11, 1922 in Whittier, California. He passed away August 18, 2013 in La Habra, California.
In 1961 Bill opened a restaurant in his home town of Whittier. For 38 years he owned and operated the Seafare Inn on Whittier Blvd. The restaurant is still operated by the Milhous family today.
