Rosina Hing Chow Kwan was born August 26, 1918 in China to Sic and Oi Lan Lee. She passed away Sunday, May 16, 2010 in Alhambra, California.Rosina is survived by her husband, David T. Kwan; sons, Sam and Daniel Kwan; daughter, Esther Kwan Simon; and 5 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 29, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at White Emerson Mortuary, 13304 E. "Rosina always made me feel like part of the Kwan family, I never felt like an outsider. She was a sweet, wonderful kind women that always had a hug and kiss for me. I think she hoped I would learn Chinese but unfortunatly that did not happen. All I know is that we will meet again in another life and maybe I will learn then.
