Jeffry Douglas Applegate 40,of Belleview, Florida passed away on Monday, December 3, 2018. He was born July 27, 1978, in Kendallville, Indiana to parents Jim and Debra. Jeffry spent many years working as a heating and a/c technician. He will leave his children remembering the good and fun times that were shared over the years. Jeffry was preceeded in death by his mother Debra. Jeffry is survived by his wife, Nicole; six children, Kylee, Alexis, Jordan, Xander, Ethan and Andrew; a beloved stepson, Jacob Canty; his father, Jim Applegate, and stepmother, Juanita; two brothers, Ryan and Chris; half-sister, Amanda Schreiber; and numerous nieces and nephews. Jeffry will always be remembered and in the hearts of all those who loved him.
