Matthew Lewis Moulin age 41, of Cumming, passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2019. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother and son-in-law. Matthew was an avid fisherman and loved fishing with his daughter, Maci and loved baseball and coaching his son, Foster

Survivors include his wife Katie Bennett Moulin of Cumming; parents, John and Bethann Moulin of Montgomery, AL; son, Foster Moulin of Cumming; daughter, Maci Moulin of Cumming; sister, Mandy (Matthew) Monson of Montgomery, AL; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Nick and Tina Petrochko of Dahlonega; brother-in-law, Steven Petrochko of Cumming; nephew, Josiah Monson and niece, Violet Monson of Montgomery, AL.

The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Sunday, December 1st from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the GoFundMe account, that has been established to assist his children.

Ingram Funeral Home Crematory, 210 Ingram Avenue, Cumming, Georgia 30040, is in charge of arrangements.
