D.C. Nolan age 72, of Cumming, GA. passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at his home. D.C. was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church and a Vietnam Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, Doc and Ollie Nolan; son, Mathew Nolan and grandson, Matthew Nolan; 3 brothers and 2 sisters; father in law and mother in law, Broughton and Bertie Bottoms; brothers in law, Hugh B. Hammond and Grady Bottoms.

He is survived by wife of 50 years, Mary Nolan; sons and daughter in law, David and Cindy Nolan, Eric Nolan; grandson, Connor Nolan; sisters, Vesta Kirkland, Velma Keith, Edith Fee, Ethel Asher; brothers and sisters in law, Eddie and Reta Nolan, Gene and Janie Nolan; brothers in law and sisters in law, Martha Hammond, Rev. Harold and Rosemary Bottoms, Tommy and Joan Bottoms; and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 19, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Zion Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Sam Rickett and Rev. Harold Bottoms officiating interment in Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 12 noon to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and on Friday from 11 a.m. until hour of service.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory, 210 Ingram Ave., Cumming, GA 30040 is in charge of arrangements.
