"Anne, So sorry to hear of the passing of my old buddy Mike. Carol and I lost touch with many of our Md. friends when we came south during the 70s, but we never forgot you and that crazy guy you married, man I could tell some stories.. My life is richer, having known you and Michael B. Sales, and Carol and I will never forget the times we shared at Freds Inn and other places where we laughed and hung out with Mike and Don Kneessi.
