James Samuel Neill, Jr., age 59, of Cumming, GA, passed away Monday, April 2, 2018. James was born February 22, 1959 in Franklin, LA, to the late James S. Neill, Sr. and Lula Mae Neill. He was one of 4 children.
He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Celestine Neill; his daughter, Kelly Evans and her husband Richard; granddaughters, Cameron and Rebekah; sisters, Fran Fredrick and her husband Chad, Sherry Pontiff and her husband Donovan; and brother, Mark Stevie Neill and his wife Pam; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation for James will be held on Friday, April 6, 2018, at Ingram Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the familys GoFundMe page to help with some of the financial burdens.
Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming is in charge of arrangements.
