Marjorie Azalee Hall
December 20, 1924 - January 11, 2018

Marjorie Azalee Hall, age 93, of Suwanee, GA, passed away Thursday, January 11, 2018. She was born in 1924, to the late Riley and Azalee Burgess. She was a member of Sharon Baptist Church. Marjorie and her late husband, Eloy Hall both owned and operated Halls Grocery. In addition to her parents and husband she is preceded in death by her brother and sister, Hollis Burgess and Janet Buice.

Survivors include her children, Rena Conner, Lonnie (Janice) Hall, Myra (Rev. Ronnie) Powell, and Carol (Rev. Lee) Conner; sisters, Lillie Densmore and Brenda (Dan) Lancaster; brother. Rev. Jack (Eva Mae) Burgess; 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; 1great -great- great grandchild and many other loving friends and relatives.

Funeral services for Mrs. Hall will be held Sunday, January 14, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Haw Creek Baptist Church in Cumming, GA, with Rev. Ronnie Powell, Rev. Jack Burgess and Rev. Lee Conner officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Mrs. Hall will lie-in-state at Haw Creek Baptist Church on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of service.
