"Sorry our family missed the funeral. I just saw the obituary today online. Our family will always remember Voncile and all the ladies from Zion Hill Baptist Church. Our mom, Eulene, passed last April 2nd and will still miss her badly. Our loved ones will always live as long as we remember them and the good times we had. Rex"

"There will always be a special place in my heart for Voncile. I have thought of her a lot lately and was praying that she resting peacefully surrounded by the love of her family. The last time I saw her was at IHop a couple of years back. She was there with her lady friends and I was there with a group of my lady friends and I think she and I talked more to each other than we did to our group. We ended the conversation and parted ways by hugging and saying we loved each other. The thing is, we really meant it - it wasn't just words. God Bless you for taking such good care of a wonderful woman. "
