John T. Pirkle

Mr. John T. Pirkle, age 61, of Gainesville, passed away Saturday, July 17, 2010. He was a former music producer, lived on Lake Lanier, loved music and was a nature lover. Survivors include sisters, Vivian Pirkle of Foley, AL, Nancy and Donald E. Murphey of Jonesboro, Sue Howell of Lawrenceville, Elaine Pirkle of Dawsonville; aunts and uncles, Pauline Pirkle of Cumming. Jim and Marie Hammond of Sandy Springs, Grace Pirkle of Sandy Springs, Elizabeth Pirkle of Gainesville, Dottie Pirkle of Dunwoody; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive. Funeral services will be held, Monday, July 19, 2010 at 11:00 am in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Orr officiating. Interment will follow in Concord Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Sunday, July 18th from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Ingram Funeral Home Crematory, Cumming, GA is in charge of the arrangements.
