"Dear Paul and Family, I was so shocked and saddened to receive the news about Joan. She was my true friend and mentor not to mention Ashley's "Other Mom". We shared the best of times while in Kiva and to this day I still tell stories about all of the adventures we encountered. Joan may no longer be here in body, but the laughter and memories we shared will forever be alive in my heart. She has an endless spirit. My deepest sympathy to you Paul, the Love of Her Life, and to her loving children."
