"How do I leave just one memory of someone who was called my adopted brother? We started country school together. We then went to separate schools but went to the same church. We either stayed at each others house, or were "camping". Bill would have me drag junk cars home with a tractor. By the next day he would have them running, for a good time in the fields. Cars, trucks, tractors. Later beer and girls. We knew every farm junk yard around! Bike rides, swimming, trips, more beer. Helped lots of farmers. I've lost two brothers now in just over a year.
