Sharon Hoffman was born August 10, 1944 in Kansas City, Missouri. She passed away peacefully on April 10, 2018 at 73 years of age. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lawrence Richard Hoffman; loving grandmother, Nellie Newman; infant daughter, Wendy Lee Hoffman; parents, Charles and Verne King; and sister, Patricia Jean King. She is survived by her brother, Brian King; four children, Allen Daniels (Mary), Stacey Duncan (David), Richard Hoffman (Helen), and Dawn Wright (Jonathan); and nine grandchildren. She was raised in Michigan and especially loved and longed for Buchanan. She married and started a family in Cassopolis, Michigan until relocating to Arizona for the remainder of her life. The couple launched an estate sale business in Green Valley that provided much satisfaction, until her husband's death in 2000. Her passions included cooking, writing and painting. She was especially proud of being a published author. She was known for boldly sharing her viewpoint and for generously advocating for those in need. She requested no services or flowers.
