"Sorry.. There are no words"
A shining soul was taken too soon. Aarron Michael Burnett was born on April 3, 1995 to parents Lisa Burnett Lyon and Steven Dewesse. At the age of 1, Aarron's mother Lisa brought Michael Lyon into Aarron's life and Mike became the father who Aarron would know from that point on. Aarron instantly gained a big sister, Martika, and at the age of 3 became a big brother to his sister Hunter. Aarron was a soft-spoken, playful "little man" who charmed all the adults with his theatrics, and who was a magnet to other kids around the neighborhood. If Aarron was out riding his scooter or throwing a ball, the rest of the neighborhood kids would all gravitate outside to join in. Aarron loved spending summers with his Grandpa Tim in Pennsylvania. Grandpa made a quick fisherman of Aarron, and they created many fond memories spending time outdoors. Aarron attended Indian Bend Elementary School, where he made lifelong friends who would come to share countless stories of his antics. He then attended Paradise Valley High School in Phoenix, Arizona. Aarron played football and was given the nickname "the scamperer" by his Uncle Lolly for his quick moves as fullback.
As a child, Aarron was always an entertainer. He had an impromptu routine ready for any gathering. Into adulthood, nothing changed. Whether it was breaking into a dance routine in the grocery store, delivering a smooth pick-up line in a bar or charming the clerk at the bank, Aarron managed to put a smile on the face of every person he came across. His co-workers at numerous jobs will attest to Aarron turning a mundane day at work into a "Double A-Ron" day. Simply said, Aarron loved to make others happy. He will forever inspire those who knew him to live life with an amusing story, a genuine smile and a smooth dance move. Aarron passed away on November 15, 2019 in Phoenix, Arizona. Aarron will be desperately missed by his family, his dogs and so many friends.
Aarron is survived by his mother, Lisa Burnett of Halstead, PA; father Mike Lyon of Phoenix, AZ; father Steve Dewesse II of Montrose, MI; sister Martika Conger of San Diego, CA; sister Hunter Lyon of Phoenix, AZ, brother Zackary Rubio of Chandler, AZ; brother Nicholas Dewesse of Chandler, AZ; Grandmother Diane Reid of Surprise, AZ; Grandfather Timothy Burnett of Halstead, PA; Great-Grandmother Rita Fowler of Surprise, AZ; Grandparents Dr. Charles and Karen Lyon of Geismer, LA; and countless aunts, uncles and cousins from the Lyon and Burnett families. Aarron was preceded in death by Grandmother Mary Jane Lyon of Phoenix, AZ and Grandfather Gary Reid of Surprise, AZ.
Services will be held on Saturday, November 23rd at 2:30 pm at Hansen Desert Hills Mortuary, 6500 E. Bell Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. The celebration of Aarron's life will begin with an informal 30-minute gathering to visit with family, share memories and enjoy a slide show. A memorial program will begin at 3:00 in the outdoor courtyard. In memory of Aarron's signature color, attendees are encouraged to wear pink.

"Sorry.. There are no words"
"Words cannot express the sadness that we are all feeling. Our hearts go out to the family. Aarron was like a brother to our son Derek, and eventually a boyfriend to our Daughter Heather. He was also a second son to myself and husband. We will always cherish the many days we had with him. He was a constant in our house, eventually having his own bed. We were happy to have him in our lives and he made a huge impact in each of our lives . He will be greatly missed but always remembered!! The Heinzerling Family"

"Mike, I am so sorry for your loss. It sounds like Aaron still had so much more to offer the world, and sadly won?t get the chance. He was clearly loved by many, and brightened up many peoples lives. RIP Aaron."
"My sincere condolences to the family of Aarron. I went to high school with him and even though we never really talked that much I knew who he was because of how funny and entertaining he was in class. He was very popular throughout the school, everyone knew Aarron even if they had never talked to him. He was truly unlike anyone I ever known and he did not deserve to go so young. Rest in Paradise Aarron Burnett!"
