Christopher Charles Mihaylo, age 47, passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2019 in Phoenix, AZ. Chris was born on January 23, 1972 in South Carolina and adopted by Charles & Gail Mihaylo on April 21, 1975. After spending his youth in Southern California, Chris moved back to South Carolina to attend Bob Jones Academy where he graduated and moved onto theUniversity for one year. He transferred from Bob Jones University to Oral Roberts University in the early 90s to continue his studies. Chris moved to Phoenix Arizona in 1994 where his parents, Charles & Gail Mihaylo, his brother, Joshua Mihaylo, and his sister, Tamryn Mihaylo, currently lived. Since his arrival in Phoenix, Chris touched many lives around the Valley of the Sun from his work career with Steamers for almost 10 years, Roy's Steakhouse for several years, Amazon, and most recently his own Company, Executive VIP Transport. His life became fulfilled with the birth of his two children, Ryan & Laura Mihaylo. Chris was a devoted father and truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures such as spending time with his children, Ryan & Laura Mihaylo, chatting with friends and family, working out, golfing and building his business. Chris had an uncanny ability to reach people in a positive way, always putting other people's needs before his own and maintaining a smile that exemplified his constant positive attitude. Chris is survived by his children, Ryan & Laura Mihaylo; his Parents, Charles & Gail Mihaylo; his brother, Joshua Mihaylo & his wife Hannah, and their children Rachael & Christina; his sister, Tamryn Hynes, her husband Casey Hynes, and their children Tristen, Bronijc, Helena & Beau; and many Aunts, Uncles & Cousins. Family, friends, and others whose lives Chris touched are invited to the Hansen Desert Hills Mortuary located at 6500 East Bell Road in Scottsdale, AZ for a viewing to reminisce, grieve, support each other, and celebrate his life on Friday, August 30, 2019 from 5 - 8 pm and also for the funeral service on Saturday, August 31, 2019 commencing at 1:30 pm. A reception announcement shall follow the funeral service on Saturday.
