"Our heartfelt condolences for your loss. We were so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. He was one of the very most people we enjoyed talking to at the AGTA show in February and will miss seeing him there. He was such a wonderful person and will be missed by all who knew him. We knew him for many years and have some exquisite pieces in our collection that Bill was kind enough to share with us. We think of him whenever we look at them."

"Dear Jane, Ann, Rich, & Tori,
So sorry to hear about Bill's passing. I'm blessed to have met Bill a couple years ago. I only wish I had the pleasure many years earlier. I talked to Bill at the Tucson gem show, and in 5 minutes we had an instant connection. I became immediately aware I speaking with a man full of love for his family, and a man of character and integrity. I pray God will give you peace and comfort in this difficult moment."

"Dear Anne,
I am saddened by the news of Bill?s passing. I liked your father very much and had a lot of respect for him. I remember when he bought a big Rubilite from me the last year that we were at the Marriott in that little ball room. For me it was a big sale as I was starting my career traveling to Brazil. Bill was a true gentleman. We later worked together on the board with AGTA.
I will always remember his kind demeanor, friendliness and class. My heart goes out to you and your family. Philip"
