Jacqueline Lee Ferguson-Frank, 47, of Phoenix, AZ died Wednesday, May 18, 2016. She is survived by her husband Martin, their children Jennifer, Chance, Gavin, and Kennedy, her mother Dorothy Ferguson, and sister Jolene Ferguson-Owen. She was immediately preceded in death by her father George Ferguson. A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 am June 4, 2016 at Hansen Desert Hills Chapel, 6500 E. Bell, Scottsdale 85254.
