David Ellsworth Thomas, 89, of Phoenix, AZ passed away Thursday, December 10, 2015. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter Kelsey Karlene Moshier. Mr. Thomas is survived by his wife Colleen Ruth Thomas and daughter Celeste (John) Moshier. Mr. Thomas was a proud WWII U.S. Navy veteran.
