Ronald Hansen
Ronald R. Hansen of Oconomowoc, WI passed onto eternal life on December 23, 2014 peacefully at his daughter's home in Scottsdale, Arizona surrounded by family. Preceded in death by his parents, Isadore and Bergetta Hansen and grandson, Kyle William. Ron is survived by, his loving wife, Bernie, children Pamela (Buddy Barbera), Perry and stepson Dan Freund, grandchildren Adam and Abby Nelessen. Beloved brother of Arlyne Jacoby. He will be missed by his extended family and valued friends as well as anyone that met him. Ron was an example and a mentor to many, a Korean War Veteran 1952-1954 and worked at A.O. Smith for 35 years. He will be remembered for his overall fondness of sports, quick wit and love of life. Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 10 at St. Catherine of Alexandria, Mapleton, WI, at 10:00 am until time of the Mass at 11:30 am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Vince Lombardi Cancer Foundation in his memory would be greatly appreciated. Cancer may have taken his body, but his spirit will live on forever in our hearts.
