Jack Ellis Vaughan

Jack Ellis Vaughan, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away September 16, 2012 at the age of 83. He was born in Port Arthur, Texas and moved to Arizona over 6 years ago. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a self-employed carpenter. He is survived by his wife of 59 years Marie Frances (Petillo) Vaughan, son Michael Vaughan of New Jersey, daughter Jacqueline "Jackie" Ella Vaughan-Waters of Phoenix, grandchildren Michael David Vaughan and wife Laurie, Heather Marie Vaughan, Kevin Alan Priess and wife Heather, Brittany J. Shaykevich, Taylor Leah Vaughan, Natalie Marie Waters, Morgan Marie Vaughan, Alec David Vaughan, Emily Grace Waters and 2 great grandchildren Wyatt Alan Priess and Jayden Alan Priess. He was preceded in death by his mother Bertha Lagarde, father Hazard Vaughan, sisters Margaret Murphy, Hazel Campbell, Elaine Culotta and Mary Ann Vaughan. Memorial service will be held Friday, November 2, 2012, 10 am at Hansen Chapel, 8314 N 7th St, and interment with honors at 1 pm at the National Memorial Cemetery of AZ, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd.
