"We always enjoyed our association with Bob and Dorothy and are positive they’ve had a grand reunion. Bob’s warm, friendly, and caring personality was ever present and always came through when he taught Sunday School. I was able to substitute a few times for one of the members of his regular golf foursome which included Harold Gaisford and Joe Dana. Bob’s sense of humor shone brightly when he played golf. His knowledge of the Gospel of Jesus Christ was voluminous and he blessed the lives of many people throughout his long life. He will be sorely missed."

"I have never known a kinder, gentler soul. We may never know how many lives he influenced for good. I am grateful that he influenced mine. He was my Doctor, Teacher, Uncle and friend. "I beheld that the faithful elders of this dispensation, when they depart from mortal life, continue their labors in the preaching of the gospel of repentance and redemption" Uncle Bob, always the teacher."
