"Laura was the most beautiful, gentle, soul. I met her at St. Patrick Journey ministry and whenever she could, she was there always offering to help with the celebration dinners, or writing a check for the pillows we collected for Sojourner Center. Her spirit will remain with the fortunate people who knew her even just a little, like myself. Bless your family; my prayers are with you all."
"Our sympathy and prayers go out to the entire family during this extremely difficult time. Laura put up a very long and courageous fight and is now in the loving, comforting arms of our Lord Jesus Christ where she will be free of pain and suffering.."
"Dear John, Nick, Jason, Our hearts and prayers are with you and will continue to be. Laura was certainly an angel on earth and now continues that role in the heavenly realm. She is certainly, lovingly, looking down on all of you. When I was thinking of Laura last night the song, "Swing Low Sweet Chariot" came to me. I hope the lyrics may comfort you. "Swing low sweet chariot comin forth to carry me home. Swing low sweet chariot comin forth to cary me home. I looked over Jordon and what did I see comin forth to carry me home. a band of angels lookin after me. comin forth to carry me home. Angels Enfold You! God Hover Over You! With Love, Mary, Michael, Sarah, Eric, Allison"
