"I went to elementary school with Maggie in Flagstaff. I moved away when we were in 4th grade, but I remember Maggie being a sweet, sweet person. I am sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you."

"For over three years Maggie and I worked together at the Urban Indian Law Office of Community Legal Services in Phoenix. She was a dear friend with whom I shared many laughs and tears and a whole lot of junk food at our weekly intake meetings. I moved in 1996 and we lost touch, but she will always be in my heart. My sympathies to you, Jesus, and to Jesus, Jr. I will never forget her compassion, her kindness, her wit, her intellect and her great big, warm smile!"
