"Its hard to express my feelings for Terry,He was my brother for nearly 62 years. When I was a child I looked up to him he was that special to me. When he came home to my parents home it was all ways festive with family members comming from far and near to see him,Hear his stories of his family, places he’d been and seen. Lots of laughter and fun.Perhaps that is one reason I choose his profession. This last ten year we had grown much closer. We talked sometimes three and four times a day. we would speak of our family history how the family got to the west coast, where they lived and such.He was going to show me this year the old house in Mayger Oregon that they called home for a while and the place in Long beach Washington, I will have to go by myself now.Other time he’d help with car and truck issues I had. I would listen as he talked of his problems as well. He loved his family and spoke of them often,He was concern about his Sisters Kathleen and Rosemary and we spoke of their health problems. I last spoke to him Saturday morning about 730am Yelm time . It saddens me that I won’t be able to speak to him again till we meet in the next life. I miss him....... There’s a old truckdriver saying that old truckdrivers never die they just get a new Peterbilt .Guess he had to go to heaven to get his"

"I didn’t know Terry well until he visited two summers ago and parked his 5th wheel trailer in our yard. He wanted to help Dan so much. I remember him insisting he wanted to mow the lawn while Dan was at work and we wanted him to relax and enjoy himself but part of his way of showing love was to do/help others. He loved Dan very much and when Dan was in the hospital he was desperate with worry and called two to three times a day for an update. I was and am touched by the love and caring of Terry. We were looking forward to his visiting this summer. I am saddened by his loss and pray his spirit is soaring in heaven with the rest of his family. Much love and blessings, Jeanine"

"We wish to extend our sincere sympathy to Terry’s family. Terry was such a good friend to Leland and his dog, Hooter. As Leland’s children we wish we could express especially to Terry how much he meant to us. While living next door to Leland in Arizona, he was the best and most caring neighbor and friend one could ask for. With Terry right there, our minds were at ease knowing that if something serious happened, Terry would do what he could to help Leland and keep in touch with us. While Terry was visiting here in Garden City recently, we really got to know him better and he became a part of the family. Again, we are so sorry for your loss. Sincerely, Leland Crist Mel and Jane Crist Dan and Nancy Crist"
