Kyle Aden Erickson

Erickson, Kyle Aden of New River, Arizona, passed away April 10, 2010 at the young age of 23. Kyle was born In Woodbury, NJ to parents Glenn D. and Nita L. (Rivell) Erickson. He worked as a pool service technician and is currently a reservist and a veteran of the U.S. Army and is also a student at DeVry University. While serving he received the Army Commendation Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal with Campaign Star, Army Service Ribbon, and the Overseas Service Ribbon. He did a tour of 15 months in Iraq while on active duty. Kyle loved music, spending time with friends and playing his guitar. He is survived by his parents, his brother Ethan Erickson of New River and his grandmother Anna Rivell of New Jersey. Service will be at 3:00 pm on Thursday, April 15, 2010 with visitation beginning at 1:00 pm at Echo Mountain Church, 19051 N. 20th St. Donations in his honor can be made to the Family of Fallen Soldiers, CFSRF c/o Monica Jones, 3503 Portal Ave., Temple Hills, MD 20748.
