"Aunt Florence, your smile and wonderful laugh will surely be missed by all of us that have loved you throughout the years. I have alot of great memories of growing up in Phoenix, coming over for a visit with Hollye (my GranMama Allison), having tea at the kitchen table. When my younger brother found the old taping of you singing along with Connie, Von one of your brothers it put a big smile on my face. You loved music so very much - and you sang quite well!!! Please tell my mom and sister I said hello - I’m glad you can finally be at ease, pain free and full of energy. With love and admiration, Leah"

"To Uncle Jake and family: The ones we love can never be more than a thought apart, for as long as there is memory, they’ll live on in the heart. The ones we love remain with us, for love itself lives on, and cherished memories do not fade because a loved one’s gone. May your memories give you comfort at this sad time and the days ahead blessed with many more. With love, Cleo"

"Florence was a life-long best friend and like a sister to my mother, Billie. Florence gave the gift of life to my mom through inspiring her to enjoy the lights and joys of Las Vegas, doll collecting and the beautiful rose gardens that became their passion. I am grateful for Florence’s influence on our lives and I will truly miss her."

"I have very fond childhood memories of a very sweet and loving Aunt Flossy, who had the brightest smile and laugh that was contagious. She always called my parents, Clifford and Etta Jane, "the kids", Dad will be 84 and Mom is 78 - "The Kids". God sent Aunt Flossy to us to love and create loving memories, and has now called his Angel home to rest. I hope all of those memories she created, bring the family comfort. Her favorite songs will sound sweeter, her favorite flowers will smell more fragrant, and her love for you all will grow stronger in your hearts to help replace the pain of her loss. My love & deepest sympathies to the whole family. Terry Shires"
