Mildred Evans
Evans, Mildred born on January 19, 1920 in Yonkers, NY, died in Phoenix, AZ on February 12, 2010.. She was the sixth of nine children and the last surviving sibling. On August 3, 1941, Mildred married Jack Evans, Sr. who died in 1989. Mildred is survived by her children, Jack who resides in Phoenix and Judy of Sebastian, FL, five grandchildren (Allison, Angus, Elizabeth, James and John), and nine great grandchildren (Annelise, Caryn, Emma, Eric, Gwynn, Jaycob, Jayson, Kelsey and Krista). In lieu of flowers, the famiy suggests contributions to the Beatitudes Campus, 1610 West Glendale Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85021.
