"Florence was a wonderful and generous aunt and we will miss her. She leaves a wonder legacy being her immediate family with whom she was a splendid example of a generation that survived very difficult times and emerged as a major inspiration to her family and friends."

"Florence May was my younger sister and closest friend. Our lives, while largely separated by space for most of our adult years, was quite parallel and she was my closest, most trusted friend and confidant despite being sepatated by geography. I can say without reservation that she devoted herself to the tasks of being a wife and mother and enjoyed all things that came from that."
