"Bill has been a monument in the Sunnyslope area since our family moved here. I can remember him sitting, watching the ball games at Palma Park, actually thinking he was the Mayor of Sunnyslope when I first moved into the area and in recent years, seeing him frequently in Fry’s with a big smile and a nice greeting on his lips as he kept company with the door greeters. He will be missed by the community and our thoughts and sympathy go out to his family."
