Payne, Jr., Phillip Gene 16 of Glendale, Arizona, passed away on December 22, 2009. He was born in Fort Carson, CO, the beloved son of Phillip Payne, Sr. and Rustella Hickam. He has lived in Arizona since 1999. He was a student at Accel/Latch, Inc. He is survived and will be dearly missed by his father and stepmother Phillip and Edith Payne, his mother Rustella Hickam, 2 sisters Desiree Shields and April Payne, brother Travis (Angela) Payne and grandmothers Avis Lee and Ruth Mitchell. Memorial service will be held at the Community Church of Joy, 21000 N. 75th Ave. Glendale, AZ on Saturday, December 26, 2009 at 11:00 am.
