Pat Jones Lathrop
LATHROP, Pat Jones 84, of Phoenix, AZ passed away December 11, 2009. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on April 15, 1925. Pat traveled extensively with her 1st husband, Air Force Col. Robert L. Jones who preceded her in death in 1991. She married Briggs Lathrop in 1998 who preceded her in death in 2007. Pat was a wonderful homemaker, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who was always there for her family, especially her grandchildren. An avid bingo player, she played every chance she could. Pat is survived by her daughters, Bobbee Petty (Jim) and Debbi Miranda (Frank); son, John Jones (Jeanne); grandchildren, Brent Petty (Amber), Wendy Lajoie (Scott), Todd Miranda (Rachel), Micah and Drew Miranda; four great grandchildren; brothers, Alan and Bud Urich; and sister, Jeanne Gifford. Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 8:30AM, Monday, December 14, 2009, 5510 W. Cholla St., Glendale. Donations are suggested to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ, 85014.
