Alton Grant Brown
Brown, Alton Grant 91 of Scottsdale, Arizona, passed away December 3, 2009. He was born in New Mexico to parents Joseph and Mary (Sears) Brown. He moved to AZ in 1942 where he was a manager in the grocery business. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, World War II and a Mason, F & AM, Red Rose Memorial Lodge #63. He is survived by his wife Mary Lea; daughters Jenice Mitchell (Jack) of Scottsdale and Margaret Jo Brown; brother Joseph Brown (Helen) of Santa Fe, NM; 3 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren and several special nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be officiated by nephew Douglas Brown at 12:30 pm, Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at the National Memorial Cemetery of AZ, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road.
