Stephen Michael Mihalko
Mihalko, Stephen Michael 59, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on October 25, 2009. He was born in Detroit, MI to Stephen and Mary (Soltis) Mihalko. He moved to AZ in 1981 where he was a Critical Care Nurse at the VA Hospital. He is survived by his sisters Mary Catherine Mihalko of Alaska, Margaret Ann Dittmer of Michigan and Susan Elizabeth Kotlinski (Joe) of Michigan, nieces Maria & Lea Kotlinski. He will be greatly missed by friends and family. Funeral service will be at 10:00 am, Saturday, October 31, 2009 with visitation to start at 8:30 am at Hansen Mortuary, 8314 N. 7th St.
