"Some of our fondest memories of our youth are tied to Tom and Barbara Mooney. Barbara was always so much fun. She loved us and took care of us like we were her own. There were so many fun times in the living room watching movies, road trip to Disneyland, barbeques in the back yard, and none of us will forget the 50?s party. Barbara?s laughter was truly contagious. She could laugh at us and laugh at herself. Even now some 25 years later I can still hear Barbara?s voice calling out from the back of the Motor home?.. ?Tom?.Why is your turn signal on?? Tom, the ever patient, loving husband, politely responds ?Because I?m turning dear?. We love you Barbara, even though our lives have had us in different places these last few years, you will indeed be missed. We share the grief of Tom, Sheri, Stephanie, and their families. We also celebrate the fact the Barbara has gone to be with Jesus."
"I have such fun memories of Barbara--she thought I was crazy when I asked her to cut my daughter’s hair so that not one strand would reach her mouth, but she did it and it looked great! Barb knew I didn’t have much money to spend on "looking good" and let me do some cleaning to trade services. She took great care of us! I remember helping prepare food when Tom turned 50... Praying for your family in this time of loss--that God will comfort you and give you peace and that the sharp edges of pain will gradually soften."
"Barbara was my favorite hairstylist. She always accomodated me and was so much fun to talk to. Her luck gambling was always something I was jealous of!!!! She spoke often of her family and truly loved Tom sooo much. She will be missed by many, I know. God Bless Barbara and give her family peace."

"Barbara was a wonderful lady with a warm heart. I will always be grateful for the many years that she and Tom were part of my childrens lives. My fondest memories of her were many years ago when my kids were young. She and Tom were always the kindest of friends and always a pleasure to see. Time caused us all to go different directions but I will always remember Barbara as a great friend. She was a good person and it’s evident in how she cared for others. Tom, peace to you and your family. Look for the new star in the sky........Tim"

"I had such wonderful memmories of Barb and Tom. Barb, I am so sorry to hear about your battle with cancer. Although we lost touch over the years I always will remember the betty boop tattoo, and the arcade machines you had in your Flagstaff house, and the AMAZING homemade ice cream you use to make! Childhood memories were born on Coburn Drive and I was thrilled to have you and Tom apart of that. Rest in Peace dear friend. We will miss you."

It was always great to get together with you, Barbara and the girls. Barbara was one of our favorite Moms and friends through the years. She was one of the friendliest and down-to-earth persons that I have ever known. She had a lot of love in her heart.
