"We are shocked and saddened by the sudden passing of Jim...we affectionately knew him as Waib’s from our college days at NAU...Jim was a truly gentle soul who stayed on an even keel through those crazy TKE days...later Andy would play weekly racquetball with Jim and he never would let me win....Condolences to his family and all those that new Jim for so long as we did..."
