Alexis Sierra McCormick, daughter of John Farley and Nicole McCormick, was born on October 30, 2001 in Omaha, Nebraska. She passed away on February 18, 2020 in Omaha.
Alexis is preceded in death by her father, John; grandma, Annamay McCormick; grandpa, Mike Anderson; and special aunt, Wanda Mason. She is survived and will be missed dearly by her mother, Nicole McCormick; brother, Chevy McCormick; and many other family and friends.
SERVICES 1:00 P.M., Sunday, February 23, 2020 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. VISITATION will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 P.M., Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Forest Lawn.
