Karen S. Nader
Canton - Karen S. Nader, 56, of Canton, passed away Monday, January 27, 2020, at Unity Point Methodist in Peoria.
She was born on September 22, 1963 in Peoria, to Clifford Whitmore and Sherry Steinkuehler. They both survive.
Karen is survived by her husband David Nader whom she married on November 30, 1984 in Peoria.
Also surviving are her four children, Amber (Brian) Demler, Josh (Casey) Nader, Crystal (Jared) Hurley, and Jake Nader, five grandchildren, Cody Demler, Samantha Demler, Khole Nader, Garrett Hurley and Mckaela Hurley, and her beloved dog Maddie.
She is preceded in death by her sister Charlotte Whitmore.
Karen enjoyed rustic crafts, flowers, bird watching, and being outdoors. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton, where visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Burial will be held at Texas Cemetery in Rural Trivoli.
Memorials may be made to Fulton County Humane Society.
