Judith Ann "Judy" Keeney
October 7, 1942 - October 10, 2019

Judith Ann "Judy" Keeney, 77, of Dubuque, Iowa, and formerly of Maquoketa, passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2019, at her home in Dubuque, Iowa.

A memorial service celebrating Judy's life will be held at 11 A.M., Saturday, October 19, 2019, at First Lutheran Church, Maquoketa, Iowa. There is no public visitation. Cremation rites have been accorded. The Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa is caring for the family.

Judith Ann Clark was born on October 7, 1942 in Bellevue, Iowa, to Leonard M. and Eleanor E. (Schoop) Clark. She was a 1960 graduate of the Andrew Community High School. She married Doug Lenhart in 1961, they later divorced. In 1979, she married James Keeney and they later divorced.

Judy had worked at Maquoketa State Bank in the accounting department from 1979 to 1989, and then worked in real estate in Des Moines where she had entered the Million Dollar Sales Club. She then moved to Orlando, Florida where she worked for Safeway in the accounts payable department, and lastly for DAC, Inc. in Maquoketa until retirement.

Judy enjoyed playing cards, traveling, crafts, reading and gambling. She was known as a loving and caring person who loved her family and friends. Her children are grateful for her guidance in their lives, and with starting them on their faith journey with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Those left to honor her memory include her children, Cindy (Mike) Moss of Marion, IA, Sandy Aidukas of Orlando, FL , Julie (Ronald Delaney) Horak of Hudson, FL, and Joni (Thomas) Regan of Orlando, FL; 3 grandchildren, Adam, Ben, and Katie; and 2 brothers, Leonard (Patricia) Clark Jr. of AZ, and James (Patricia) Clark of WI. She was preceded in death by her parents.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a Judith Ann "Judy" Keeney memorial fund has been established.
