Cynthia Haring wrote on Oct 16, 2019:

"We were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of our great Aunt Laura (Weasmer) Brinkman, a loving and kind woman. Her smile was golden. In recent years we have been able to see Laura when we came to the Midwest from Florida the end of May, at the time we'd give out the annual Caryl Haring Memorial Scholarship awards (in memory of our mother) in Davenport, Iowa. It was such a treat for us to see Laura at our gatherings with old friends and family in Preston. We cherished this time with Laura, and she will be missed. We extend our condolences to Laura's family & friends- with love from Cynthia Haring & Katia Valdeos (and the Haring siblings- Beth, Michele and John)"
