Lois Ann Machutt, 84 of Dakota died Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Methodist Hospital in Rochester.
Lois was born November27, 1934 in Lacrosse to Arnold and Margaret Lintelman.
Lois graduated from Central High School in Lacrosse. On October 25th, 1952, she married Robert Joseph Machutt. Lois worked for many years as a Librarian at the Mayo Clinic Medical School Library.
Lois enjoyed watching her many wild birds, jigsaw puzzles, embroidery, tending her flowers, attending the ballet and symphony, and spending time with her grandchildren and great grand-children.
She is survived by her five children, Debbie (Dave Ralls) McAlister, Michael Machutt (Barbara Formichelli), Tom (Pat) Machutt, Sue Machutt (Dana Matson) and Becky Ringenberg; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Jim (Jan) Lintelman.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert, her sister Donna Riehl, and her brother Ronald Lintelman.
Per Lois' wishes, private family services will be held. Hoff Celebration of Life Center - Goodview is assisting the family with arrangements.
