Jessie Lee Connell, age 93, of Seguin, Texas passed away on February 18, 2006. She was the daughter of William Ward Hickman and Julia Maude Lewis.She attended Southwest Texas College to become a teacher; taught at Spicewood School and retired from Marbridge Foundation.Mrs. Connell was preceded in death by her husband James Wesley Connell and son, Wesley Dwayne Connell.Survivors are granddaughter, Pamela Eavenson & husband Dwayne Wright of Seguin; grandson, Terry Higgs & wife Kendra of Bertram; daughter in law, Beverly Connell of Longview, great granddaughters Melinda Kay Eavenson, Ashley Lauren Higgs & Heather Christine Higgs; great great granddaughter, Dannille Navarro and great great grandsons, Thomas James Eavenson & Andrew Ryan Cardenas.The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at Harrell Funeral Home, Austin.Service will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 23, 2006 at Harrell Funeral Home Chapel.
